N3XT 3on3: The Blog! Our mission is to promote awareness of 3x3 basketball and how this game format/platform helps all basketball players to develop essential basketball skills that directly translate to the more traditional 5x5 basketball setting. Our intent with this blog is to provide you with insightful and updated information based on research about the 3x3 basketball benefits, how 3x3 is being implemented around the world and what are other organizations doing to elevate 3x3 basketball to the highest level ever.


From the Streets to the Olympics


In case you weren't aware, the 2021 Summer Olympics in Tokyo marked the debut of 3x3 Basketball as an official Olympic sport. Known for its electric and entertaining atmosphere, fast-paced energetic games, and dramatic finishes, it quickly became a fan favorite and one of the most watched sports at the Olympics.


The inaugural 3x3 Gold Medal winners and Olympic Champions were Team Latvia (Men's) and Team USA (Women's). This new event gave basketball players worldwide the chance to become Olympians, an opportunity they might not have had in the traditional 5x5 format.


3x3 to the N3XT Level

N3XT 3on3: The Blog! is operated by N3XT 3x3 Basketball, LLC, a private organization located in St. Cloud, FL, dedicated to promoting 3x3 events for youth across Florida. Our aim is to offer young people a platform to enhance their skills, forge lasting friendships, develop a passion for basketball, and potentially become the next 3x3 Olympic athlete representing their country.


To achieve our mission, we organize, manage, and promote 3x3 leagues and tournaments throughout the year in Florida with a unique approach. Our student-athletes take charge, manage their teams, and compete at a high level while enjoying themselves.
